Over the past few years, Roaring has tripled its revenue to SEK 56 million in 2025, expanded the team and established itself as a leading provider in data-driven risk management. Following the new share issue earlier this year, the company is now taking the next step by strengthening the organisation as part of its work to realise its AI initiative.
Roaring is developing the next generation of AI solutions for risk analysis, compliance and regulatory decision-making. The platform is built on a hybrid architecture where analytical logic and language models are kept separate to ensure transparency, traceability and reproducibility in decision-making processes.
“We are in a phase where both technology and the market are developing rapidly. By strengthening product leadership and the commercial organisation, we can accelerate our AI development and continue building the leading platform for data-driven risk management,” says Johan Jensen, CEO of Roaring.
Fatemeh Mahmoudi Molin, previously Head of Growth at Roaring, is now stepping into the role of CMO. She has more than 15 years of experience from companies such as Google, Volvo Cars, HBO Nordic, SAS and Mentimeter, and during her time at Roaring she has been a driving force in developing and scaling the company’s growth function.
“We have a unique combination of data, technology and market understanding. With AI, we can take the next step in how organisations work with risk, analysis and decision support. It is not just about more data, but about making it usable in entirely new and more efficient ways to solve customers’ problems,” says Fatemeh Mahmoudi Molin, CMO at Roaring.
At the same time, Joakim Isbjörk, previously Product Owner at Roaring, is taking on the role of Head of Product. With a focus on AI-driven product development, he will lead the work to further develop Roaring’s offering and strengthen the connection between data, analysis and customer value.
“In regulated environments, it is not enough for AI to provide an answer that is likely to be correct. Decisions must be explainable, reproducible and auditable afterwards. That is why we are building an architecture where analysis and language are separated, enabling every conclusion to be traced back to a specific data point. By integrating AI more deeply into the product, we can provide our customers with even better decision support and detect risk patterns faster and with greater precision,” says Joakim Isbjörk, Head of Product at Roaring.
To further strengthen the operational organisation, Magnus Edgren is taking on the role of COO. Magnus has extensive experience in leading organisations through change and growth, and most recently ran his own business, where he supported management teams in building efficient and scalable organisations.
Bernt-Olof Hellgren has been appointed Head of KAM. He most recently held the role of Senior Account Executive at Roaring and has extensive experience in digital business development, complex sales and solutions for regulated organisations.
