Bokio’s AI-powered services simplify bookkeeping, invoicing, expenses and much more for business owners – all on one easy-to-use platform. The company was founded in 2015 and is based in Gothenburg and Stockholm, and it now has more than 80 employees and 40,000 customers in Sweden and the United Kingdom.

The collaboration with Roaring began in 2020 with automated collection of KYC data for customer onboarding. Today, Bokio also uses Roaring’s monitoring services to ensure that it always has up-to-date information about its customers.

Before Bokio implemented Roaring’s monitoring services, it verified its customer data once a year. With the current solution, it regularly checks whether there have been any changes and automatically updates the necessary information, which makes things easier for both the developers and the compliance team.
